gun control revised
I have always been a gun enthusiast since I was a child; I grew up hunting and target shooting. I never thought twice about someone using them for bad; I thought of it as something fun to do and it put food on the table. In the wrong hands it could be bad. There are some people out there that have no good intentions for them, which is why people are going crazy for gun control because they wanna stop these mass shooting. I agree that those need to stop. If people do the research on the people that have done the shooting they would find that all of them have a mental illness. Now I think they are attacking the problem the wrong way. Do your research well on a topic before you go hating on it and taking away peoples rights as an American. I believe that gun control is good in some ways like background checks and having guns registered. Now they are going to the extreme of saying all guns are bad they need to be gone. They are making laws on top of laws which really is only keeping guns out of a lot of law abiding citizens in the United States.
So lets talk on why I disagree with the liberals on what they are trying to do. So they want to attack it by making guns harder to get. They want to get rid of "assault weapons" which an ar15 is not. It is a military style weapon for civilians. An AR15 does not fire fully automatic, it is a semi automatic gun which means you have to pull the trigger for every bullet that comes out. Which makes it no worse than any other gun. I mean sure the mag holds more rounds than a lot of guns, But if were gonna ban guns they have the capability to shoot fast and have a large capacity then you should ban pistols to. Pistols fit all the characteristics they are calling an assault weapon. Before you do all of the banning guns tell me this though honestly do you think criminals are gonna listen just because you made a law that makes them harder to get? Criminals get their guns illegally and using them for bad reasons. But then again do research on gun violence 65% of gun crimes are suicide. This again points back to people with bad mental issues, The problem isn't the gun its the people holding it. Put that gun on the table and tell it to shoot you, the gun will do nothing because it is nothing but a piece of metal and plastic without someone holding it. So obviously these criminals are not gonna listen to your illogical gun laws you think can work. I mean come on they are criminals you really think they obey any laws?
I understand why the liberals think this way, it is easier to blame a gun than to understand what the real problem is. The media pushes out all the ideas these liberals tell, and everyone agrees with it to be politically correct. I think America is just lost all of its traits recently. We have freedom of speech until it offends somebody like seriously its part of life grow up. Everything now is just being politically correct and nobody thinks for themselves anymore and if you disagree with them then your a prejudice racist killer. I think its crazy how people come up with this garbage ideas and people agree with it. These are my views on gun control and they definitely have work to do.
